What is Vitacost ZMA Ultra?
Vitacost ZMA Ultra is a combination of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Vitacost ZMA Ultra was formulated based on studies demonstrating positive effects of zinc and magnesium supplementation on resistance training athletes.
As a dietary supplement for adults, men take 3 capsules and women take 2 capsules daily 30-60 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, and people with known medical conditions and/or taking drugs should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking dietary supplements. Keep out of reach of children.
Sealed with an outer shrink wrap film and an inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep dry and at room temperature (59º-86ºF [15º-30℃]).
