Great, But not so great...
The dosage and pairing of Calcium + Vitamin D works really well. It is effective in terms of providing supplementation to my calcium deficiency. If you are someone who does not consume Dairy, you are most likely calcium deficient and will benefit hugely from this. Calcium supports bone health but more interestingly, nerve and muscle health as well! BUT.. The "Other Ingredients" section kinda ruins this product.. PEG ( Polyethylene Glycol ), Titanium Dioxide & Vegetable oil and all toxic to the human body. If you are performance athlete like myself I'd stear clear of this one as the toxicity can store in body fat around lower back and hamstrings. If you are a normal person deficient in calcium your diet most likely isn't spot on and you have pre-existing toxicity from foods and supplementing this won't really effect you negatively.
