On the advice of my doctor, I gave up gluten, and now I bake gluten-free bread myself. This flour is of high quality, comes in a durable package and is very good for hatching strong sourdough. Cannot praise this product enough. Suitable for pretty much everything, great for pancakes and waffles. I use it also for thickening soups and sauces. Obviously does not contain gluten so I consider it a healthy alternative to wheat. Usually I mix this brown rice flour with some other type of non-gluten flour i.e. cassava or coconut flour. However today I've used it solo for banana muffins and they turned out just great. Totally recommend, this is a must have in my opinion.

This is a GREAT brown rice flour. I mostly use it in a mix of flours but it doesn't dominate the flavor and adds exactly what it should to the mix. I would highly recommend. The delivery and packaging from iHerb was exactly as it should've been. No complaints here.

Great flour for gluten free baking and price is reasonable! Flour is fine and has a slightly shade of light brown color. I use this flour to make bread, biscuits and brownie! I love that the package has a ziplock on it which makes it convenient to store! Loving it!

I found the texture to be just fine, not grainy or gritty at all! Believe me, the family would let me know if it was "too gritty". Great price. Definitely going to purchase in the future

The flour is close to expiry when we receive it, but as our usage is high, this suits us very well. The flour smells OK, still looks fresh.

The quality of the flour is great, I used it to make cinnamon rolls, and the composition, as expected, was a bit crumbly. It could have also been that I needed a different recipe, but overall, this is a great alternative flour if your diet means you need to be gluten free.

I recently went gluten-free and have tried a variety of flour. Some just don't have the same taste and texture in baking as regular all-purpose flour. I was pleasantly surprised that brown rice flour when used in muffins and bread gave a very similar consistency and taste. Highly recommend! I will be buying again in the future.

High quality flour from a great brand. It's finely milled and works well in thickening sauces and soups. Not sure if it's just my bag but the closure was faulty (not a big deal, though!).
