After reading good reviews I have ordered it for my mom who has anxiety and sleeping problems. It hasn’t solved her problems right away, but I believe that it will have a good impact on her nervous system in a longer term. The composition of the formula looks great! Recommended!

I've done a lot of reading on holistic health and read that taking b-complex vitamins is helpful with a female's menstrual cycle. I take it personally to improve overall PMS and Bluebonnet is by far my favorite brand of vitamins. I do not have that awkward taste in my mouth and the capsules are easy to swallow.
