Tastes like vinegar, but if diluted with a decent amount of water it’s not too bad. You could also add honey or juice if you don’t like the flavor. I like the powder form so I can control how much I take. I wanted to start off slow with a low amount, so I am taking 1/8 teaspoon, which is about 250-300 mg. That’s half the amount of the capsule form. Then I can easily increase from there.

Could not get Acetyl l-Carnitine in Latvia, but sure found it here, as usaual and even on sale! Super happy about it! Good that it comes with a mini scoop and you dont have to figure out the portion size with a regular tea-spoon!
