The quality is above any complaint, the potency can be somehow low on some of the ingredients and the package size is quite adequate (200 capsules) to take daily for more than 6 months. You can feel the effects of some of the ingredients (hunger with the B2 complex, vitamin D) and for someone looking only for a maintenance multivitamin, this is probably the best as it has almost no taste at all.
