This stack helps maintain my healthy lifestyle; I'm extremely active, stats are as good as a healthy 20 year old and I look and feel amazing, also do intermittent fasting, eating only one meal a day so can't attribute benefits to supplements alone obviously, but I definitely notice greater and faster benefits from them.
