I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
It's always a mystery knowing if a particular supplement is actually working, so I won't make any claims about these. But the price is good and the tablets are small and easy to swallow, like an aspirin. I would buy this brand again.
