Highly recommended for every day consumption. Just take a table spoon of the honey, add warm water, not hot, as heat kills the healing property of honey, and... drink it 15 minutes before your breakfast and before you go to bed.

The taste is very good, 100 percent natural, after using it, the activity and vitality increased The quality is great and I highly recommend it. I hope the quantity will increase

Not that I know much about manuka honey bit I loved the taste! Delicious just by itself or in green tea. Tried it on a toast, added while making a bread instead of sugar and loved it! Good with ginger and lemon juice for soothing a scratchy throat. Packaging was good and quick delivery by iHerb is always a pleasant experience! Price, I thought was a little high and that was the reason I took away one star!
