This is supposed to be one of the best supplements for a lot of female issues including PCOS and irregular cycles. I love that it contains both forms of inositol. I stoped taking it after 2 weeks as my insuline resitence got better (I was able to eat carbs without burning sensation in my skin or sand in my eyes afterwards) but it was probably a sinergic result from all the other things I was doing.
