I just dry scoop this into my mouth and chug a bunch of water. I feel it benefts my body better than when I add to the protein shake. I noticed clearer headspace. The taste to me is not really anything noticable especially if you mix it in yogurt or add to smoothie or shake. I think it's great for overall fitness, benefit for my diet. I like it.
