What customers say

Customers report that the product effectively aids digestion, reduces bloating, and provides a smoother bathroom experience. Many appreciate the easy-to-swallow capsules and good taste. The inclusion of green tea and caffeine is noted for providing an energy boost, making it a suitable coffee alternative. Users typically take two capsules with breakfast and lunch, finding this dosage effective. While some have not seen significant weight loss results yet, others mention reduced appetite and increased energy levels, which help in their weight loss journey when combined with diet and exercise. The product's quality ingredients, reasonable dosage, and lack of aftertaste are frequently praised. However, users caution about its caffeine content affecting sleep if taken later in the day.

Helps Digestion

I notice that whenever i use it, it helps me to have good digestion and no constipation. Lol maybe its effect are different from person to person but this is the effect on me. I take it on lunch time in 2 capsules and along with gym routine helps me to maintain my weightloss. Just drink lots of water as capsules a little bigger for me but over all positive effect on me
