This creatine is super high quality - CreaPure (super high quality, and quality controlled, creatine) mixed with AstraGin (to increase absorption of the creatine). I switched over from the Allmax 'pharmaceutical grade Creasyn' brand to this, as Allmax's started tasting like sand and being gritty, despite being 'micronized.' This one has no grit, and is of a much higher standard and quality than Allmax. Wish I'd switched sooner, and wish it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
