My brother and i have been using this supplement for two years now, and overall, it’s been fantastic. We started taking it based on a healthcare provider’s recommendation—specifically for supporting bone health and growth(growth hormone). After researching supplements that aid growth hormones, we found that Vitamin D3 combined with K2 is one of the best options. For us, it worked really well in supporting bone health, and we’ve bought this supplement multiple times One thing that’s especially important to mention is that I have celiac disease and Crohn’s disease, so finding a supplement that doesn't contain ingredients that upset my stomach is always tricky. This one has been excellent—gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO, and no side effects on my sensitive digestive system. The capsules are small and easy to take, has no taste since you'd just gulp it with water😃,and the product feels very high-quality. Honestly about the size and how long it lasts it just depends on the dosage , if its a medicated dosage it would last about a month( since its concentrated) and if not it would last about two months so i followed the suggested dosage from my healthcare provider, and it fit perfectly into my routine. BUT I would recommend checking your vitamin levels before starting any supplement, as it’s always best to know what you actually need and avoid taking too much so that no side effects occur. and any supplement takes time to actually show results so keep that in mind. Overall, after two years of consistent use, this is a great product that I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a natural way to support bone health and growth. It’s reliable, gentle on the stomach, and a supplement I’m happy to continue using. i'm nearly all the way through my last bottle so i guess thats time for a restock😂 Might’ve made this review a bit longer than expected, but better honest than short!🙂
