That's a most beneficial use, but my natural health doctor has since informed me that melatonin has several other essential purposes. For example, it is a vital component to one's immune system. A second must have reason for my using this product. Thirdly, my natural health doctor also informs that melatonin is critically involved in leptin synthesis within the fat cell. There's warning on the bottle it self says it taken only when neccessary🛑 I sffer from insomia since for ever, and u need to take 1pill 15~20min before going to bed.!! but honeslty from my experince this doen't seems to help at all😭,, When i started to take it it made me fall asleep fast, ((BUT)) i woke up suddenly multiple times which lead for my to sleep to be less than before💔💔 #Guys please like my review🙏🏽
