I was really surprised at the rapid improvement in my IBS symptoms from taking several of these softgels. Within about 20 minutes, I felt a cooling sensation permeating through my abdomen. It also helps with bloating and gas in addition to abdominal cramps. I'm quite strict about my diet but sometimes I react very negatively to ingredients in certain food items that I was unaware of ingesting, and these capsules are really helpful for calming down an upset gut.
2 days now on it. I think it works. Be careful to take it 20 minutes before meals cause it might cause heartburn if the capsule open up in the stomach and not in the intestine. It has an enteric coating on it for this specific reason. Calmed down my intestinal pain so I will continue to take it.

Good improvement at my digestion. Some taste of peppermint if you eat to less after taking a capsule. I think the dosage are a bit high and reduces it down to two capsules a day before a heavy meal. Nice supplement in diet who helps digesting food. Also good for IBS I have also reduced my weight since I started using peppermint capsules before meals. 🌞
After a couple of weeks this quality product seems to be working well. My digestion has improved. It has little taste apart from a slight peppermint aftertaste sometimes. Good ingredients and smart packaging. I will continue to use this to improve my digestion. This product will benefit me and is a decent supplement.

A great product. Both organo and peppermint . .in one product make it cost effective Organo oil might be too strong for some people, so pay attention to how it affects you, and stop if you feel some pain. Overall it is a good and strong product to help sooth the stomach.
I ordered these because of the reviews saying they helped with digestion and pain after eating. I will order more because I do feel relief after taking these when I have stomach upset. The pills are small but effective. Natural factors seems to have quality ingredients in their supplements. I do feel improvement when taking them.
i use oregano oil to clean my guts. so I try this to see how adding mint will help. the capsules are small, nice taste and good quality and ingredients. i have stronger oregano oil, so this combination is for milder effects to my stomach. i feel a tiny bit of spicy hot inside and good feeling with clear mind. will update if I hv more to report.

I take one or sometimes two of these once or sometimes twice a day on an empty stomach at least a half hour before eating. I like the NOW brand too even if it doesn't have Oregeno and I am now using another brand. So long as it has the enteric coating, it is good for your liver and digestion. I just get the one on sale at the time of purchasing.
