Very advantageous magnesium. There are other brands that I have accepted, but this one is one of the best for me in terms of price and quality in this package. Large tablets, which is perfectly normal. If they were smaller, it would be doubtful. I am satisfied, good quality and I will order again.

This is one of the few magnesium products I can take that doesn't cause diarrhea. I take it just before bed and it really helps me sleep! I also like that it contributes to a healthy immune system and strong bones and teeth, and this brand and this particular magnesium malate formula is something I can trust.

Biggest amount of Mg per tablet that I can find, works well. Look closely at other Mg supps, dose is usually 3-6 caps/tabs to reach what one of these provides. This said, that amount may not be needed by everyone. The tabs are fairly big, but it's the case of most magnesium tabs.

I started recently using this product and I can tell that I definitely have more energy during the day and feel less fatigue. Mag malate is easily absorbed and doesn't disturb my stomach. I take 2 tablets during the morning time, which is 400 mg of mag malate and that definitely improves my mood and energy throughout the day.

For whatever reason, Magnesium Malate pills are always huge! It is supposed to be good for joints. I honestly don't know if I can tell any difference. I've tried lots of magnesium, so I think this is just as good as any, although I can't necessarily sing its praises. It's affordable. I took it will another form of magnesium because the actually amount of magnesium is small compared to the malic acid.

The Advanced Orthomolecular Research AOR, Cardio Mag 2.0 that I have been using for several years is increasingly out of stock, so I was looking for something comparable. This product is similar, although I don't get quite as good an effect for lessening for muscle cramps as with the Cardio Mag. I'm happy to have a reasonable alternative until I can get the Cardio Mag.

This magnesium is a good formula and if I take 1-2 at night before bed, I get a better sleep. It's not a small tablet measuring 23mm x 6mm x 8mm but is not hard to swallow. The front labelling at top of bottle is misleading - if you are buying it for Mg there is 200mg in one table of Mg. The rest is malic acid 930mg - the total on bottle front claims 1300mg of magnesium malate. ??
