NAHS is a wonderful company with "clean" sourcing of nutrients, and Vegan encapsulations. Vitamin E is a MUST nutrient that should be supplemented. It has really helped with a long term problem I began having as a teen ... fibrocystic breast issues. The PAIN is NO longer a problem ... It's a wonderful ANTI-again nutrient as well.
