Love this protein shake. I chose it because it didn't have artificial sweeteners.

This is really good for Keto. The only thing is it's probably not ideal to use after 4pm since it contains MCT.

Good tasting protein are sometimes difficult to find, specially for people with allergies. But this protein is one of the good ones. My order was very well packed and my package was delivered at my door instead of the mail box. What a good gesture!
