Ended up with cajun after the original was out of stock, I have to say it's not best decision, I should choose unflavored instead. I tried it a bit, salty and peppery, especially when there's 3 types of pepper in it : black, white and just pepper, not a fan of strong peppery taste. I'll see if I like it better when I sprinkle it on salad or soup. Size is bigger than my expectation, I didn't really pay attention to its weight and size as I also ordered bunch of other things in the same order, no wonder it's rather pricy for breadcrumbs. A little bit is enough for me.

I like to toss meat (especially chicken) in coconut flour, do an egg dip, then coat in these crumbs before baking in the oven. It makes for an excellent dinner, keeping the meat succulent and full of flavor. Be careful when seasoning (especially if you are using this as a filler in meatloaf as an example) as this is quite salty - honestly, no need to season at all as this crumb will do it for you!

This product is very tasty. The feeling is almost the same as bread crumbs, but better. The taste and scent are better. It feels really soft in the hands before the use. The package is large and comfortable. I will try another product of this company next time. I like the original taste more, but it is about one's taste. Likewise, I used it for schnitzel.

We have been using coconut aminos ever since we started the Paleo Lifestyle in May 2017. It’s comparable to using soy sauce, which is something we cannot eat due to soy and wheat. It’s excellent to use as a stir fry sauce or in salad dressings. There are many uses for it.

Tastes so good on chicken in the air fryer! I like that it's softer than traditional bread crumbs but you can always add almond flour to harden it up if you prefer.

Works great using it to substitute bread crumbs in oven fried chicken, and do not have distributing pork rinds taste. Just that cajun was not strong enough

I am trying to go low carb but sometimes just want a schnitzel. These worked great as a substitute for bread crumbs. Very tasty.

very good for fried chicken. dont even have to fry it, it has enough oil to go in the oven.
