Very surprised!
I'm not a big believer in testosterone supplements, but I was looking to add Rhodiola extract and Boron extract to my routine after reading a couple studies. This product has them both, so I ordered it and am surprised with the results. I added about 15kg to my squat in the first week and I've been lifting for 20+ years. For me, there's definitely a boost. One thing I don't like is the bottle says "30 servings" but it's two servings a day, so one bottle lasts only 15 days. The price is good though, because it's a little cheaper than ordering the ingredients separately
Feels Like a Placebo
Took this consistently, but honestly, didn’t notice any real difference in energy, strength, or performance. The ingredient list looks decent, but the effects just weren’t there. Maybe it works for some, but for me, it felt more like a placebo. Probably better to invest in proper diet, training, and sleep instead.
