The syrup does what it’s supposed to do which is great 👍 but it’s pretty sweet . It makes sense I suppose because d-mannose is made from certain sugars . You’ll have to put water with it to drink it and then it’s okay . I have to use around 2 tablespoons of the syrup every 4 hours when I start getting my utis .
