The taste is good compared to other sublingual vitamins I have tried, but there is a bit of an aftertaste. As with most sublingual vitamins, it is helpful to have been drinking water beforehand as it takes longer to dissolve if you are a bit dehydrated. I like the fact that as with most Solgar products I have had, the packaging is glass and metal instead of plastic as with most other vitamins available. The 1000 MCG fulfilled my expectations that taking it according to my family medicine doctor's recommendation, it helped bring my B12 level to the intended range.
Solgar is a known brand with trusted quality.. The nuggets are taken sublingual and easily dissolve. Very well packed. Available in many sizes which is good. However, I hope they will sell B12 with folic acid.
