I thought this supplement very good for me and my doctor suggested to me to still consume until my blood being well.
I usually have no issues at all swallowing even large pills, but this doesn’t have smooth edges and the surface is also not smooth so it get stuck! Not recommended.
It contains only EGCG which has great anti-oxidant effect. That's what I need although it tastes very bitter. Fast logistics and smooth transaction!
