This product is great for balancing your gut and to help the probiotics grow. The ingredients are great and this number of doses is good for the price you pay. If you get constipation or have digestive issues this will help.

Has made my digestive system feeling more routine and natural. I add it to my hot tea in the morning, the vanilla has a faint taste at best with the prescribed portion.

For some reason my tummy did not like this. I was getting cramps. It’s a very clean ingredient list though, I give them that. Switched to a pure liquid probiotic and the cramps went away. This is food based so I would avoid if you suffer from a few food intolerances.
